When will my order be delivered?

Orders that have been placed during Monday 12 a.m. to Sunday 11:59 p.m. (UTC +2) will be made on the following week and shipped on the next week's Monday. We aim to dispatch your order within 6-10 business days after receiving your order. The total estimate for dispatch + delivery is following; Finland: 7-13 business days, EU: 12-18 business days, EU Express: 8-14 business days, International 12-20 business days. Remember: For lowering our overproduction, garment wastage and carbon footprint, we produce our products only on-demand. This might slow down shipping's for a couple of days.

How long does the delivery take?

Shipping time depends on your location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery times given for different methods are estimates given by the carriers, and your order is usually delivered within the given shipping time estimate from the day you receive your order confirmation. Average shipping time for our carriers in the EU is 5-8 business days and in Finland 1-3 business days. EU Express deliveries are 2-4 business days. International orders are expected to be delivered in 6-14 business days. However, the shipping times are estimates only, and sometimes delays may occur. We are not responsible for any delays once your order has been picked up from our warehouse by the carries.

How much does the delivery cost?

Delivery cost depends on the amount of products you order and where you live. Delivery to the EU is 3,9€. EU Express deliveries are 10€. Free shipping for orders when orders are over 100€.

How do I track my order?

Can I return my order?

Yes, of course. We offer a 30 day return period, it starts when you receive your order.

How much does it cost to return an order?

Returning your order(s) is free of charge, expect we do not cover the postal expenses.

What do I do when I want to return my order(s)?

First, contact our customer service email: contact@afectclothing.com. You can mail your order(s) back to the addres where you recieved the order.

Is returning free?

How long will it take, until I receive my refund?

It might take up to two weeks for your return to reach us. Once your return is processed at our warehouse, we will contact you and notify, that we have got the returned item. It’s also good to remember, it might take up to 3 banking days, until you see returns in your bank account.

Will i get refund from my whole order(s)?

We’ll refund your entire order, except in the following cases: - You’re only returning part of your order. - You're order is damaged or used by you. Read more about our delivery, returns & refunds

Company Information

Where, when and how much do you donate?

We are donating 6% of the profit from every sold product to selected charity organisations that dedicate their work in helping children, animals and nature. Unfortunately, we cannot tell you which organizations we are donating to because of marketing blocking. However, we are able to tell you whenever we have made a donation. We announce it on our social channels. Our latest donation was made to Save The Children and WWF. We make our donation every four months. We are obligated by the law to fulfill the promised donations. Read more about 6%.

Where are your facilities?

Our facility is in Helsinki, Finland.

Do you use any kind of sustainable or recycled materials?

Yes, we only use organic cotton and recycled materials. For example, our t-shirts are of organic cotton (GOTS). Organic cotton is made without using any synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or any other agricultural chemicals. We are always trying to find most the sustainable and ecological products.

What is your Brand story and its cause?

Can I use Afect’s’ name, logos or images?

As a general rule you cannot without our permission. Afect is not able to review each and every request for permission to use the Afect name, logo or images. It is your responsibility to determine whether your proposed use is permissible in accordance with applicable laws. Afect is a registered EU trademark. How do I find my size?

Just click on the size guide link on the product page, or contact us at contact@afectclothing.com if you need further assistance. We hope we can help you find the right size at first try. We are trying to lower our environmental impact, so over producing and unnecessary shipping is not what we favour. Size guide here

Are all of your products listed and their availability up to date in your website?

Yes, all of our products are on our webstore. Stock is constantly updated and we are trying to inform when we get the products you want that are out of stock.

How do i know when you are launching new products and campaigns?

How do i use my discount code, voucher or gift card?

How do I create an account?

This is very easy. Just press ‘’Log In’’ in the top right corner, then press ‘’Register’’. Next you enter your login information. This is your email, and you need to create a password and confirm it. Then choose your communication preferences, and make sure to accept the Terms and Conditions. Complete this process by clicking ‘Submit’. Congratulations, you made your account. How does COVID-19 effect to your Store

The global social distancing measures are affecting our store as well which means order producing process and shipping is taking more time than usual. We are expecting our products shipping time to get delayed by 1-3 business days from normal shipping estimates. We at Afect Clothing work with our partners to print and ship your orders as safe as possible and as fast as safety measurements allow. Safety of everyone is our priority number one.
