Delivery, Returns & Refunds
When will my order be shipped?
We only produce our products after an order has been made. Orders that have been placed during Monday 12 a.m. to Sunday 11:59 p.m. (UTC +2) will be made on the following week and shipped on the next week's Monday.
We aim to dispatch your order within 6-10 business days after receiving your order. The total estimate for dispatch + delivery is following; Finland: 7-13 business days, EU: 12-18 business days, EU Express: 8-14 business days, International 12-20 business days.
Remember: For lowering our overproduction, garment wastage and carbon footprint, we print our products only on order.
How long does the delivery take?
Shipping time depends on your location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery times given for different methods are estimates given by the carriers, and your order is usually delivered within the given shipping time estimate from the day you receive your order confirmation.
Average shipping time for our carriers in the EU is 5-8 business days and in Finland 1-3 business days. EU express deliveries are 2-4 business days. International orders are expected to be delivered in 6-14 business days. However, the shipping times are estimates only, and sometimes delays may occur. We are not responsible for any delays once your order has been picked up from our warehouse by the carries.
How much does the delivery cost?
Delivery cost depends on the amount of products you order and where you live.
Delivery to the EU is always free of charge. EU Express deliveries are 10€. International delivery cost is 16€. Free standard shipping for International orders when orders are over 200€.
What should I do if I received the wrong product?
Contact our customer service contact(a)afectclothing.com and we’ll help you with the return and refund process.
What should I do if I haven’t received my order in time?
If you haven’t received your order(s) within our standard delivery times, please follow the steps below.
Check the status of your order with the order tracker. You should be able to see where your order is.
What if I’m not home at the time of the delivery?
Redirect your package to your neighbour or a collection point near you. Or reschedule the delivery date. You can manage your delivery.

Why I can not order item(s) and why can not you ship my order?
There are a few reasons that can keep us from not being able to ship your order.
Here are a few possible reasons:
- The product(s) you ordered are out of stock.
- You live in a remote area, and we can not deliver there.
- You specified a PO box as your delivery address. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to PO boxes, because our deliveries need to be signed upon receipt.
- A payment issue might have occurred when you placed the order.

Can I return my order?
Yes, of course. We offer a 30 day return period, it starts when you receive your order(s).

Returning your order(s) is always free of charge. We do not cover the postal expenses.

If you are not completely satisfied with your afectclothing.com order, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
The returned product(s) from order(s) need to follow these conditions:
- Returned order and the product(s) need to be in its original condition and packaging.
- Apparel have to have the original tags attached to it.

How long will it take, until I receive my refund?
It might take up to two weeks for your return to reach us. Once your return is processed at our warehouse, we will contact you and notify, that we have got the returned item. It’s also good to remember, it might take up to 3 banking days, until you see returns in your bank account.
Will I get refund from my whole order(s)?
We do not cover the postal expenses.
We’ll refund your entire order, except in the following cases:
- You’re only returning part of your order.
- You're returned product(s) is damaged or used by the customer.
We kindly ask you to also meet the following conditions when returning items back to us:
- The product is in its original condition and packaging.
- Apparel has the original tags attached to it.
